What is Reiki?

It is energy work that helps you balance, heal and harmonise body, mind, emotions and spirit. It can be used for personal and spiritual awareness and growth as well. The Japanese word Ray Kee in the West and Lay Kee in Japan, is the Free flow of  Universal Life- Force Energy. Dr Usui is the pioneer in the west who has re-discovered this ancient healing system. Reiki involves the transfer of energy from practitioner to patient, to enhance the body's natural ability to heal itself through the balancing of energy. Reiki utilizes specific techniques for restoring and balancing the natural life force energy within the body.

 What are the benefits of Reiki?

It brings about deep relaxation, destroys energy blockages, detoxifies the system, provides new vitality in the form of healing universal life energy, and increases the vibrational frequency of the body. Many a time, physical ailments are caused as a result of emotional blocks that keep building over a period of time. It's best to clear these emotions and get a clear head and move on from the situation in a healthy way, and Reiki can help you with that.

How does Distance Reiki work?

I can access your vibrational frequencies and feel the disturbances only if permission is given. I can check for you if there are any blocks in any of the chakras and cleanse and detox them. The Reiki energy can be given in-person with the practitioner's hands touching the patient or can be given even without any physical contact. The energy received from the Universe is passed on to the recipient. It's the 'intent' and the energy frequency that I work with. You may feel heat or a slight tingling sensation and sometimes you might even drop off into a relaxing sleep. Also, its affects can be felt over a long period of time.

What do I have to do during the distance session?

Just find a comfortable place to lie down and say 'Im now ready to accept Reiki from Robin Bela' . We would have fixed a suitable time before over the email. You can put some music and incense if you like. The session would lasts for an hour. It may go over some time if some chakra needed more attention.

What happens after the distance session?

You will receive a feedback on the session by email the same day. I will go through how all your 7 chakras are doing. My aim is to find the core issues that are troubling you and how we can remove it and get your chakras in a healthy state again.

What are the 7 chakras?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There are 7 major Chakras in the body. They are energy portals where energy flows. When a Chakra becomes blocked an imbalance occurs. If it is not cleared then illness and disease can manifest.  

 

1.   The First Chakra – Root Chakra located at the base of the spine. It is linked to survival and our ability to ground ourselves in the physical world.  Issues of insecurity, safety with regards to money and personal issues can cause blocks in this chakra. Diseases that are connected to this chakra are ailments of legs, hips and buttocks.

 

2.   The Second Chakra – Sacral Chakra located just below the navel. It is related to our sexual and reproductive capacity and also digestion of food.  Emotional issues related to this can be that you dint digest anything in the past, or perhaps you could not accept a rejection or even accept self love.  Diseases that are connected to this chakra are Bowel and bladder problems, irregular menstruation, premenstrual syndrome, impotence & disorder in the reproductive system.

  

3.   The Third Chakra – Solar Plexus located above the navel which gives us our personal power in the world. Issues with regards to confidence, self esteem and blockage in this can result in fear and anxiety, affect self image and can be difficult to find a position in the life stream.  Diseases that are connected to this chakra are stomach ulcers, intestinal tumours, diabetes, pancreatitis, indigestion, anorexia/bulimia, hepatitis, cirrhosis, adrenal imbalances, arthritis & colon diseases.

 

4.   The Fourth Chakra – Heart Chakra located at the Heart and gives us the ability to express love. The Diseases that are connected to this chakra are heart conditions, asthma, lung & breast cancers, pneumonia, upper back & shoulder problems.

 

5.   The Fifth Chakra – Throat Chakra is linked to creativity and communication. If you have not been speaking truthfully what is in your heart, it can cause rigidity and frustration especially in communication. The Diseases that are connected to this chakra are sore throat, mouth ulcers, scoliosis, swollen glands, thyroid dysfunctions, voice problems & gum or tooth problems.

 

6.   The Sixth Chakra – Third Eye Chakra located between the eyebrows. This is the centre of intuition and awareness. When this chakras is not functioning well there are imbalances in the personality and it can cause confusion in the mind. The Diseases that are connected to this chakra are brain tumours, strokes, blindness, deafness, seizures, learning disabilities, spinal dysfunctions, panic & depression.

 

7.   The Seventh Chakra – Crown Chakra located at the top of the head. This is relates to ones personal and spiritual connection to the universe, inspirations, values & ethics. Diseases that are connected to this chakra are mystical depression, loneliness, diseases of the muscular system, skeletal system and the skin, chronic exhaustion not associated with physical ailments, sensitivity to light, sound & environment.

21 Day Distance sessions  - This is ideal for a complete detox and is very intense. Problems that have been there for long need a 21 days cleansing process.
