There may be emotional blocks which you may feel buried and Reiki can help you remove that. If you have issues that dont let you focus on what you should in life, Reiki can help you there as well. I  would feel the blocks when I give you Reiki and identify and let you know as where if i found any and work to remove and cleanse the blocks.

You do not need to remove any clothing for the sessions. Reiki is given by just placing the hand and passing the Universal Life Energy or 'Reiki' to you. Please dont confuse this with any kind of massage, it working to balance your body's energies. You will feel very relaxed and lighter after the session.
