I offer Reiki in Edinburgh only for In person regular sessions. Reiki is a very peaceful energy. You may go for a session just to relax and destress or at times you may not be sure why you are pulled towards Reiki. It could be just that you need some energy balancing. Reiki has proven to help physcial ailments and also terminal illnesses.

There may be emotional blocks which you may feel buried and Reiki can help you remove that. If you have issues that dont let you focus on what you should in life, Reiki can help you there as well. I will work on the 7 Chakras in your body (Details on Chakras can be seen under 'What is Reiki' web page once you scroll down to see the image about chakras). I  would feel the blocks when I give you Reiki and identify and let you know as where if i found any and work to remove and cleanse the blocks.

You do not need to remove any clothing for the sessions. Reiki is given by just placing the hand and passing the Universal Life Energy or 'Reiki' to you. Please dont confuse this with any kind of massage, it working to balance your body's energies. You will feel very relaxed and lighter after the session.

I use Angel healing, Karuna Reiki, colour therapy and more in the session.
