A one hour Reiki distance healing is sent to you at a specific time and day of your choice which you can e-mail me. All your 7 chakras are scanned. I will inform you about the blockages i felt at the end of the Reiki distance session.  It's also excellent to just de-stress or relax specially if you are going through difficult times. Reiki also is helpful to get focused for any important event like an exam or a meeting. If you are feeling your energy drained, an hour session will revitalise and balance your energies of all your chakras.

You can e-mail me about it if there is anything specific healing you are looking for in this healing session.  For the distance reiki session,  you can lie or be in a comfortable place and put some soothing music, light a candle or an incense stick.  Ideally you should be with your eyes closed as you will benefit from Reiki the most when you are relaxed.

A feedback with your chakra review is given  after the distance reiki healing by email also detailing how the healing went.
