This includes 12 One to one, one Hour Energetic Deep Healing Distance Sessions, One Intuitive Angel Reading, Chakra Reading for every energy healing session via email + weekly Mentoring and  Soul Coaching is done along side over emails or even on the phone at times if needed we can work. It is recommended to do 2 distance energy healing sessions in the week.

You are required to e-mail me what you are wanting to achieve. It can be anything you want your mind to get focussed on and help you achieve it or it could be any emotional issues that you want to heal or any physical ailments. And there can be a few things on that you might wish to work with.

Distance Energy Healing Sessions

The treatment is 60 minutes for every energy session. You will feel very relaxed after each session. Some days you may feel the energy very strong and some days light. But its all sent the same way and works for your highest good always. Healing sent to you on 12 sessions over 6 weeks will help you get focused and remove obstacles in your health, personal life, professional life and financially. The healing is advised to be once or twice a week only as it is strong and takes time for it to settle completely. You can choose a time in the night if you are not able to commit a time in the day. Ideally you should be relaxed with your eyes closed. You will benefit from Reiki the most when you are relaxed. You can lie or be in a comfortable place and put some soothing music, light a candle or an incense stick. We will need to make appointments for these session over email.

I will work on your 7 Chakras which constitute your total well being. The 7 Chakras start from your head, known as the Crown Chakra (the higher self), Third Eye Chakra situtated on your brow, the Throat Chakra where your power of communication lies, the Heart Chakra which of course relates to love, the Solar Plexus deals with your level of confidence and issues of anxiety, your abdomen area has the Hara Chakra situated, it deals with your unconscious self and can have blocks because of relationships too. And then Root Chakra which with blocks makes you feel insecure and can have issues of trust etc. And each chakra is connected to different physcial organs of the body. Balancing the chakras, brings balance in the physcial body too.

Shakti Mother - Removes negativity from any part of the body suffering. Specially good for women and all who are mothers.
Aura cleansing and protection- You will also receive a meditation on chakras to work on yourself. An orb for protection for you against any negativity will be created.

The work will be tailor made to suit your needs and more time and work will be given to an area if required. Feedback is given after each session.

Reading:

You will receive on reading that will comprise Angel and Intuitive Reading from me. It is sent over email.

Mentoring:

You will receive my regular Intuitive counselling to help evolve your Spirit to your path, healing and joy in life & more specifically to anything you wish to work on with me during the 6 weeks.

You will have one email per week with soul coaching work and if needed if may do one phone call too for anything that may be needed to do over a conversation.
