It's also ideal for people who have benefited from Reiki and want a couple of sessions more.  Or also for those who like to take regular sessions. This one hour session each day is great for removing toxins, clearing aura off your body regularly and offers deeper healing for your emotional, spiritual, mental and physical body. You will feel youself lighter, more positive and living in a higher frequency.

This package is great for relaxation, cleansing and healing. Although for serious blockages more days are advised. I'm sure  this package will benefit many of you.

You are advised to take only 1-2 sessions per week as the sessions are quite strong and takes time for it to settle in.

You can e-mail me about it if there is anything specific healing you are looking for in the healing sessions.  For distance reiki session,  you can lie or be in a comfortable place and put some soothing music, light a candle or an incense stick.  Ideally you should be with your eyes closed as you will benefit from Reiki the most when you are relaxed. 

A feedback with your chakra review is given  after the distance reiki healing by email also detailing how the healing went.
